Orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and maybe shipped the following business day.

Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes. APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.



Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.  APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service. 

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. VIDVIX is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
